How It Works
Simply telephone or complete the Timeshare Details form online.
We will arrange a convenient appointment at the nearest local office in your area.
Please bring your title Deeds of any timeshare, points or pack and any relevant paperwork. This must include your Management Fee papers. All parties named on title deeds will be required to attend the appointment.
Please bring a copy of your passport as proof of identification.
While you are with us, a valuation of your timeshare/points/pack will be provided.
We have to do a search on your title deeds or certificates of your Timeshare/points to check proof of ownership and that Management fees are currently up to date so we can provide you with an accurate valuation. This can take approximately 90 minutes.
You will receive a genuine offer for your timeshare/pack/points at the current market value.
If you choose to accept the offer, you will be asked to sign over your title Deeds subject to contract.
